"We were in town a couple days for a wedding. The communication with Melissa was great, we had no issues accessing the property and it was setup perfect for our family of 3 littles ranging from 3-9. They loved the games and toys to play with. We didn’t have a lot of time to really enjoy the house but if we need to rent a home in OBX again we would definitely rent this one again. The house has every thing you would need for a fun beach trip. It was very clean and well appointed. "

"Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!"

"We loved our stay in Corolla. The house is as advertised on the posting, and pictures. Might be even nicer in person, it is well kept, and doesn't seem like a rental at all. The floor/tiles in one bathroom were loose, in the other bathroom the floor felt "squishy" and there were multiple broken/cracked shelves in the shower. "This was the perfect place to stay when this California couple came to Elizabeth City to visit family. Newly renovated property, with (almost) all the necessities for our 5-night stay. One recommendation would be to install a railing on the front porch for easier, safer access for older guests with stability/mobility concerns... and maybe have a cookie sheet for use in the oven. But why nitpick? This place is just what we were hoping for and would happily stay here again!"

"We are actually owners at this time share, but we were in a different unit not ours. As always we loved our stay at Sea Scape. As owners we notice a few things that needed attention, but staff are always helpful & friendly. As it is the off season & we were only there for the weekend it was very quiet & not at all crowded. This is an older property but it doesn't feel that way & they are constantly making little updates & changes where they can to keep it up to date. Definitely recommend it...
