Perfect for a small family getaway, complex had a playground, pool, easy beach access, and applicable parking. Shops/ restaurants close by, and views were amazing. "Three couples stayed at this property to celebrate the beginning of 2025. The unit was as described. It was clean and comfortable. It is a highly utilized condo and the furniture and decor is setup as such. There were some minor wear and tear items that need some repair but nothing that caused us any problems "

"The place fit our needs family of 4. You have a little bit of an ocean view which was nice. Towels available were 6 sets but washer was available. Kitchen had what we needed. We stayed 4 nights total. Ants were by couch but it was quickly taken care of with a text message. Check in/out process was a pain to be honest, not on same location so if you don’t have your own vehicle it’s a pain (which we did not, we used Ubers/Lyfts). You have to pick up & drop off the keys at the separate location...

"We stayed at the property to celebrate a friend’s birthday celebration in the area. The condo was a perfect place to relax and rest. It was also comfortable and quiet within the condo. Location was in a prime area and close to a lot of amenities by car less than 5 mins to the Duck Boardwalk. You could also walk into Duck- It’s @ 20min walk. Easy to get to Kitty Hawk and museum as well. Everyone, including my 15 y.o., enjoyed the space and location. "
