"Gated community was nice and quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. The two beds are really only usable for one person. We had two couples and half of each couple had to crawl over their partner to get in/out of bed. The sill of the shower is tilted so that all the water that hits the glass door just runs out onto the floor - we put towels down to soak up the water, but you can tell this has been an issue for a while. Overall, it fit our needs, but for the cost, could have been better."

"The property was amazing. The scenery was unbelievable and the location was amazing! The amenities were flawless and the home lacked nothing and would definitely stay here again! The owner was amazing to deal with and the home was absolutely amazing! Loved it. "

"Overall is was a very good stay. The location was perfect and very centralized for all the directions we wanted to take. It was clean and offered many amenities like home. We especially enjoyed the gaming opportunity on the video game. We were able to relive some childhood memories of playing old video games. "We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautiful view of thunder mountain. Very clean and well maintained property inside and out. Perfect size for 2 people. Really enjoyed the decor aesthetic. Hot tub is clean and very well maintained. Perfect location to walk to trail heads and just far enough away from the touristy parts of sedona."

"Could not have been happier with this property. The location is great with off street parking. close to many shops and restaurants. The house is immaculate, bedding was excellent and very quiet. The host was easy to communicate with and had no problems. Would highly recommend and will stay again. "

"Everything was clean and we appreciated the washer/dryer and the massage chair. Beds were ok and kind of enjoyed not having a TV for distraction. Only two forks in the drawer so bring your own or buy some compostable ones if you have more than two people. "

"Came for a short visit from WI. Great location and view from the property. While we were gone most of the day exploring, the hot tub and sauna was the perfect way to unwind! We had 7 family members total with age range of 10-70 and it provided the perfect amount of space for all of us. "

"Second trip to property within 10 weeks. Repeat of the first: primary to ski SnowBowl but also ride a bike and hike a pup. Better than the first as remembered to bring a little firewood and with a little more snow on the ground all activities were more enjoyable. Also meant we were more exhausted which made the property even more appealing to return to each late afternoon. "

"Wonderful holiday week in this beautiful, comfortable and well equipped home. We did a lot of cooking and had everything we needed. We loved that the home was decorated for Christmas!"

"We had a wonderful trip visiting Horse Shoe Bend, Grand Canyon and snowboarding at Snowbowl. This was a great location to stay and enough space for our family. The host was quick to respond to all communications."
