"I thought this was a hotel. These are villas and timeshares. We only spent the night and had to leave at 5:45am, but needed to throw our trash out in the bins and leave our laundry in a basket. It was just odd. I would have never stayed there for a night. Also, we went to “return the key” which is a requirement, and the place was closed. "The property / housing was decent … just older units . The linens were clean but just dusty under bed and on ceiling fans . They were very nice at check in desk . We would just prefer something newer next time . It was also close to the red rocks hiking which is the reason we were there so , that was nice . "
