"We were looking for a place near Sedona and this home hit all the marks: Spacious room, pet friendly, and not too far from Sedona. Jeff was also very communicative. We had a minor hiccup with the fireplace and he was quick to respond and assist as soon as he could. Even though it's not located at the heart of Sedona, its only a 25 minutes drive on the freeway and 15-20 minutes on the streets to get to uptown Sedona. "The first room they gave us had a smell when we first entered. Upon inspection the garbage disposal was broken and had a foul smell. We contacted the front desk who sent the maintenance person who confirmed it was broken and emitted a foul smell. They apologized and provided us a different room which was completely remodeled. It was so nice, we wish we found this place for the two prior nights we stayed in Sedona!"
