"My wife and I booked this last minute. Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Shuttle service was great on time and Jotge was a pleasure to speak with. Lots of comments about Guac and chips. So we went downstairs to bar that evening. They were not all that great. Somehow I feel Guac is not homemade Bland to sat the least. Nick the bartender was very courteous and respectful. "The property seems dated, but nostalgic. The staff is AMAZING - from check-in to housekeeping to bartender - something hard to find at other locations. Stayed for a basketball tourney, and was leery from prev reviews, but it was perfect. Rooms were VERY clean, all staff members very impressive, parking area was safe. Everything available on site - great food & drinks. "
