"The hotel and staff are lovely and in a nice quiet area of Madrid, but booking a suite you would expect to have a view that is not a strange internal hole going to the top floor. With this in mind we wouldn’t book again. "

"Great stay!!! Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived til the checkout process… they received the four of us with vermouth, scheduled our taxi for our transportation to airport, the bar was great for our night drink, breakfast pretty great and the room with bow to Plaza España next level… Loved our stay at Barcelo Torre Madrid"
