"We visited a family friend for her retirement from the Army after 27 years. The location was wonderful and the house was spacious and we all had plenty of room. If we are ever back in the area, we will book this place again! Highly recommend!"

"The open floorplan was great. The appliances were new. There were plenty of utensils and plates & cups The bedrooms were roomy. All the bathrooms worked out well. Everything was neat and clean. We even did laundry once. The road was busy, so the circular drive that went behind the house and yard made sense. The blackout shades were a nice touch. We didn't get to use the yard much, but the fencing made it private."

"Just a little miss communication about the check in process, but that got resolved quickly. The property was roomy and well supplied. My families 4 toddlers had a fantastic time playing in the upstairs kids play room for hours. We used the overhead projector to entertain the kids with a childrens movie. If there had been a safety gate at the top of the stairs it would have been absolutely perfect."

"Enjoyable stay in this charming house, beautifully located in a more rural area of Raleigh, the horses in the backyard being an unusual but fun feature. The house is well-situated within the Raleigh-Durham metro area, providing easy access to downtown Raleigh and Holly Springs, amongst others. House is well stocked with necessities and clean, and the host always proactive in her communications. "

"Overall the house has potential. The blinds need to be replaced and the furniture needs updated, the back yard could use some landscaping and a good mow, and the walls need to be repainted. Even with those few flaws, I would stay again. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the neighbors were nice. "

"The owner was very communicative and accomodating. I had to make changes to my trip at the last minuute and she walked me through it. I appre iate everything ! Such a great stay. it. "

"We did not get to stay at property because owner had a tenant that decided not to leave at all. We were not told until the day before we were to go there. Our vacation was ruined because every rental we tried to rent something went wrong, property not ready on second rental we tried to rent and the third rental tenant decided to extend their stay and we were told at the last minute. So we were in a hotel all week and never got to stay in one of the properties."
