"The property was in a perfect location for us. I normally run the half marathon but could not this year and the location allowed us to support all the runners. Clean and well maintained it suited all our needs. Definitely will stay again in the future if available."

"- The quality of appliances, furnishings, and amenities are high for a rental. - Not a first floor, consider that if carrying many bags. Bedroom is upstairs. - Not too far from New Bern but takes time to arrive at Fairfield Harbour from the main road. - Noise varies with current neighbors, easily transmitted from adjoining townhome. - There is beach house mustiness that permeates, not highly offensive, but clearly noticeable at the kitchen sink. "We were there off season so there weren't many people staying there so we would have preferred a first floor room. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay."

"We checked in on Thursday, September 26; called that night to report 2 tvs not working (and it wasn't wifi), texted about the tvs again on the 27th...never heard from anyone about the tvs. One toilet would not flush, someone finally came about 13 hours before check out. There were ants in the kitchen all around the stove and the glass top on the stove was cracked. We killed 3 spiders (2 WERE IN 2 DIFFERENT BEDS!!).
