"Great size apartment. Good location. We felt that for the money we expected it to be in pristine condition. Needs renovated. Water issues apparent throughout, in the bathroom, master bedroom. Fan in the master bedroom needs finished off. Clean the outdoors leading off the deck. Just needs a deep cleaning and some TLC for the money you charge. Getting out of the parking area is also a bit dangerous if there are three cars. Would have been nice to have at least a roll of paper towels to start...
