"The closer we got to the property, the more nervous we became with the surroundings. The only nice thing i can say about this property is the host was VERY responsive. I have nothing else good to say. We ended up NOT staying here due to the unsafe surroundings. The host contacted me about 8:00pm re: our music being to loud. "Very clean and comfortable place for one or two guests, about 20 minutes from the main hotels, good and quick communication with the host, just one note, the the water handles in the bathroom sink are backwards (hot/cold)"

"Overall we had a nice stay. The place is clean and comfy and had everything we needed. Our only complaints were the hot water was more like warm water. It never got above luke warm no matter how long we let it run. Also, the neighbor upstairs has a kid that likes to run around early in the morning and it sounds like a herd of elephants over your head. That being said, it is an apartment complex and we only needed a place to sleep, shower and relax from time to time so it fit our needs well. ...

"It was a perfect location, easy access and communication was great. Great price. Overall pretty good. No seating except the bed. No washcloths (?strange), no luggage rack or anywhere to put luggage for access to items except on the floor or on and off the bed. Some items listed as amenities were not there- dining table, washer/dryer, no temp. control except to open the door. Bedspread trim hanging in a few places and no blanket for cooler nights. OK and no real complaints, just missing items...

"This location was perfect for our 1st trip to Vegas. Loved the location and proximity to what we wanted to do. The security was on point but a very easy check on process! Would highly recommend and hope to use for future trips!"

"The functionality of the room is so much better than a hotel. Sitting area. Larger fridge. Microwave. Also the jetted tub was like having your own jacuzzi. Loved the location. Valet was easy for in and out. "

"The inside of the apartment is nice and clean but the property is located in a run down area. It is located upstairs. I would not feel safe to walk anywhere outside of the apartment. The host however went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable."
