"I booked a 1 bedroom apartment . It was supposed to have 2 beds in the living room aside from the main bedroom. I was given a small studio . It was communicated I would have 5 adults and 1 child. 4 of us had to sleep on the hard floor with no accommodations, we had a pregnant woman and a disabled child sleeping on the floor. The manager was very rude she looked irritated with me because I was asking for solutions and she did nothing to help. No refund was given. Location is amazing right behind...

"We found a place very clean and quiet away from the busy strip! It was a good walking distance during the day no problem, but we had to take an Uber to reach our nightly destinations. There’s a cute little convenience store inside the second tower that stays open pretty late should you need some snacks or water. If you’re looking for a party hotel that is not the place, but being four girls in our 20s we were able to party and Uber our way back very easily. I would highly recommend."

"This is a great little property that would be suitable for small family - no more than 3 or 4 (2 parents and 2 kids). The place was very clean, well kept, and a great view. "I love staying at the Palm Place and have stayed many times before this. BUT, I absolutely loathed SVS. Poor and unprofessional customer service. "I really appreciate being at a hotel with no casino and no smoke. The hotel is easy to get to. Check in was very friendly. Lots of families at this hotel. Our room was perfect for my business partner and I since it had two bedrooms. We had our own space and own bathroom. Also our suite came with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. A little pricey but was worth the cost. My only complaint is there is no room service. Sometimes you are in your PJ's and just need someone to bring you food."
