"Staff was amazing"

"While the room is obviously newly renovated and clean, it smelled like cigarettes in there. Outside the units are bunch of personal items from the other unit that seems to be from people who are checked in for a longer stay or like they actually live there. By the parking lot, there are homeless people camping out by the dumpster in their cars and RV. They wouldn’t bother you and I wasn’t really bothered but just wanting to let other people know so they don’t get surprised when they come to stay...

"The location and price for me was great, however, the property is a bit in disarray, I know it is older property, but it isn't well taken care of. There are broken steps, with the cement coming off on multiple staircases. I have stayed here in the past and will continue to stay at the facility because it is close to UCSD and the price is right for what you get. "
