"This was the 2nd time we’ve stayed at the cottage. Love the location to the springs. We enjoyed watching dolphins and manatees swimming right behind the house. The cottage is perfect for our family of 4. Well stocked kitchen and the propane grill was a nice addition from our last stay. The kids loved going to breakfast at Florida Cracker by boat& we really enjoyed Marguerita Grill for dinner. We are already planning our next trip."

"We rode out hurricane Milton at this location after evacuating from the Tampa Bay area. The house itself is very charming and cozy and kept us warm and dry despite the downpour. Dan and Margaret were very accommodating and understanding of our situation.
