The Port Hotel & Marina

2.0 star property
7.4 out of 10, Good, (1003)
"The place is a 1950’s motel experience on the Kings Bay with coffee and donuts as complimentary breakfast. There is a restaurant and tiki bar attached which are very good and right on the water. Tour and dive boats are available to see the manatees in an area viewable from the Motel. It needs renovations, but the location is perfect for anything you want to do. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating, however, it was very tight quarters for parking but they did reserve a spot for each unit. It was a little noisy as sits by busy road. Restaurant next-door was over an hour to get food and that was at 5:30 on a weekday. "

Silver Princess Motel

2.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (503)
"It’s a fairly inexpensive motel outside of Ocala. I wouldn’t say the location is especially great, and the rooms are very basic. But the bed was clean and the bathroom was as well. And it was what I needed at the moment. All that’s really walkable is a gas station across the road. The Wi-Fi is fairly fast at least. And there is a pool but I didn’t go"

Shangri La Motel

2.0 star property
6.8 out of 10, (42)
"This is my first time at this motel, I was running from Hurricane Milton. Pros: friendly staff, quiet place, big fridge, even with a freezer, where you can put a lot of food and water. Absolutely no insects, which I encountered in more expensive hotels, you can sleep without fear. Cons: the room is old, you can see scuffs on the windows and walls. But, the next time I run from a hurricane, I will come back with a supply of food, because now I know that there is a big fridge."

Beverly Hills Motel

2.0 star property
5.0 out of 10, (15)
"We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay. We decided to leave and take our chances on finding a hotel last minute - during the peak of scalloping season and the weekend before the 4th of July. Luckily, the Quality Inn in Crystal River was able to accommodate us for part of our...

The scenic Withlacoochee River Pet-friendly Bird House

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (191)
"I recently stayed at this property and found it to be very clean with a beautiful screened porch that overlooked the river. This made for a very scenic view. The amenities made the stay pleasurable. It’s located not far from Dunellen making that town very accessible as well as several pints of interest. The only item that prevents me from giving this four stars was the internet service. It went down multiple times every night as well as during the day and was just unreliable. This is no...
