"It was near everything we planned to do. There were restaurants within walking distance. The availability of the washer/dryer was nice. The kitchen was good, but lacked a deep bowl spoon or ladle. The seating area was uncomfortable, my suggestion remove the coffee table and have cushy seating. The bed linens should include a lightweight blanket. A clock radio would be nice. Overall we would recommend the condo to people who are able to do stairs."

"We loved staying here. The condo is absolutely beautiful and so cozy. We spent most of our nights after dinner sitting on the balcony, listening to the water and enjoying the sounds of nature. We saw tons of Manatees and other wildlife which made our stay even more enjoyable! Kent was a wonderful host; he made sure that we felt like we were staying at our home away from home!"

"My wife and I enjoyed our stay so much. It was amazing! The condo was very clean and decorated beautifully, and everything you would want for your stay was supplied. Unfortunately, the washing machine broke during our stay, but no worries, the owners installed a new washer in two days! They also dropped off and paid for our laundry at a local dry cleaner while the washer was broken! The location is amazing! "Donald’s place was a nice getaway for a holiday weekend. The place was extremely convent to our crystal river adventures. The pool, which was Right outside the unit was nice. I had a little problem getting in once and Donald was very responsive. Issue was a user error. "
