"Location and service at the hotel was incredible! Personnel at the hotel was very friendly and received us with a cava and offered us complementary drinks at one of the hotel’s bars. Location is closed to the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, Puerta de Alcalá, Parque del Retiro, among others. Great places to eat close by like “Vinitus” (for great tapas and desserts), plus lots of stores for shopping. We had an amazing time in Madrid. We were a party of 5 and the apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and equiped with a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We will stay again whenever we come back to Madrid!"

"Great location and a totally refurbished 1912-Classic hotel. Rooms smallish, most with no windows and just a light shaft, but up-to-date and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Very helpful front desk staff and concierge. Glittery and fun lobby bar and restaurant."

"Place was clean, description was accurate and service was excellent. The location was very convenient to many places and town square."
