"We stayed two nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was nice and comfortable and the view from our second floor room was breathtaking. We also really enjoyed and appreciated the breakfasts! The staff was friendly and accomodating. We arrived after dark tired from a long day of traveling and were greeted warmly. When we conveyed that we'd had no dinner the receptionist shared her dinner with us. That kind and generous gesture was certainly unexpected and absolutely delightful! ...

The only real complaint I had, which I shared at reception and they received the feedback well, was that I placed the do not disturb sign on my door before leaving for an activity during the day; I had all my belongings spread over the room and I did not have the energy or time to put them away. "Horrid horrid room. Owners above were extremely loud until midnight most nights. Busy road right outside. Very loud music going on until 4am on NYE, right below the room. No staff entered the room the whole 4 days I was there & I had to ask for more toilet paper & for the tiny bin of used toilet paper to be emptied. Not even a mirror in the room. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to use your translator the whole time. Could not wait to leave."

"The carpets in the hallways had multiple stains, the carpet in the room could use a good cleaning or removal. The shower walls needed attention, grout and seals were showing signs of deteriation.
