Stayed here for four nights with my son. The front desk service we received from Felipe was top notch! He was so polite and gave us a wonderful welcome. He went over all the amenities and was so helpful when we had questions. The staff in the spa were wonderful as well. I wish we could have stayed longer, but hope to return for another visit soon!

The hotel is well designed but needs some refreshing. Carpeting needs replacing everywhere and the chippy painted tile in the spa showers made it look gross. However: staff was very helpful and we really enjoyed our stay!

Very friendly staff, they gave us good guidance about what to do. Very clean and close to the center of Puerto Varas. Sadly the access to the backyard was not open I guess because of the season. I enjoyed reading the poems in the walls.

This hotel could be so much more with maintenance.
Large spacious room that was nicely appointed. Professional and attentive staff with easy check in and helpful manner. Room: spacious and nicely appointed, comfortable bed, but there was a toilet leak, lukewarm shower, and the carpet was so dirty that it turned the souls of my feet black. Common areas: inside and outside lack maintenance. Location is great. We paid for a lake view but the trees were overgrown and blocked much of it. Breakfast had many items to choose from and a large veranda to watch the sun glisten over the lake. Okay value for money.

Worst hotel experience ever
It was an absolutely horrible experience. From the point of check in until our voluntary early departure, we never felt welcomed, appreciated, safe, or any friendly nature del any of the staff. The rooms are not as advertised both size and view wise. The keyed my car and overall I say STAY away from this place.

LAMENTABLE ESTADO DE DETERIORO DE ESTE HOTEL!
Este hotel realmente esta muy venido a menos, esta sucio, la piscina esta turbia de la mugre! La atencion de la recepcion es pesima, te dejan esperando mas de 45 minutos una hora para el check in, hay un jose, que es muy falta de respeto! luego no te solucionan nada, hace frio, las piezas estan heladas, duermes con Frio. llamas para pedir soluciones y te cortan el telefono, tienen un trato muy irrespetuoso, realmente no volveria nunca mas. Antes era un tremendo hotel, me he quedado muchas veces, sobre todo cuando era el patagonico, pero ahora esta pesimo. Los espacios comunes sucios. las alfombras de las piezas estan destruidas, cero mantencion. Realmente pesimo pesimo el servicio, y la atencion. una tremenda desilucion.

Muy mal, corte de luz y sin agua caliente
Se cortó la luz horas antes de hacer el check in y no nos informaron… llegamos a las 15:45 y el check in era a las 16:00, nos informaron que la habitación no estaba lista así que nos fuimos a dar una vuelta y cuando llegamos al atardecer estaba todo oscuro y mucha gente reclamando en el front desk. Estábamos con mi hijo de un año y el hotel no nos dio ninguna solución, solo señalaron que no sabían cuando volvía o luz y que no tendríamos acceso a agua caliente, por lo que tuvimos que reservar en otro hotel a último minuto. Pondremos un reclamo formal para la devolución del dinero. Pésima atención y cero capacidad de negociar con el cliente.
