"It is a very charmy and historic house located a few minutes walking from the lake and puerto Varas city centre. Wifi was a bit hit and miss but there is a parking space and the hosts were really polite and helpful. Breakfast was really nice and the room while not very big was clean and comfortable. Would recommend"

"Faded glory hotel which is in need of total refurbishment. Access is via very dusty rough unmade steep drive which damaged our rental car tyres. Long walk from town, hidden down unmade road above R5. Our room 202 had no window, was dirty and absolutely no sound proofing. Wires hanging out of wall, shower was white plastic which was not secure to stand in and creaked alarmingly when stood in. "Very friendly staff, very spacious comfortable room with great shower and tub. It had a free breakfast that was brought directly to our room at the time that we requested. Large windows gave us a great view of the beach. The bed and floor looked less than immaculate but were certainly clean enough. I would recommend this hotel."
