"Wow, where to begin? I booked a king bed suite for two nights months beforehand. Afterwards, I invited a buddy to join us assuming there would be a sofa in our suite. There was not. Cue awkward moment on the 12th floor upon entry. Went down to the front desk to explain the dilemma. Ben at the front desk literally could NOT have been more helpful and understanding. He moved us to a larger room with two beds immediately. We did have to move out of that room the following morning at checkout but again, Ben saved the day with yet another room with two beds to help us out. It's very odd for a front desk representative to be as helpful as they all were. All in all, we saw a total of 3 rooms and they were all beautiful. Will definitely stay again. "

"Switched hotels from across the street and happy we did. Sofitel was perfect from the welcoming team at the front door valet to the housekeeping!! The front desk was very accommodating and Mateo(front desk) was outstanding!!! I will be back for sure. Except the waitress in the bar on Sunday night seemed to ignore us to spend time with friends in the bar. We waited 20 minutes for at least a hello but was ignored the whole time. No worries I won’t drink there if she’s on duty again when I visit. "

"From the very moment we walked on property, our stay was perfect! Valet, Bellhop, Greeted by Stephen at the door to the front desk Staff, our bartender Kayla in one of the "onsite" restaurants (Spice Finch) was outstanding! Not to mention the endless cleaning crew always on the go! Had a 1-King room and must say, most comfortable mattress & linens we could have asked for. Just a wonderful experience. "
