"The staff are exceptional! Everyone works super hard to help the guests and ensure they have everything needed. Jeff, one of the porters, was especially friendly and helpful. The porter who worked the other shift was also wonderfully kind and helpful but Ive forgotten his name. The hitel is right in Chinatown and you can walk to most of the malls and restaurants.
