Ascott was very nice with great customer service. Disappointed in cooking utensils, water heater for coffee didnt work, sink and shower and bathroom had issues draining, shower did not get very hot but sinks did, old tv's without access to netflix, etc. Rest of experience was great, comfortable rooms, and great house keeping service.

When I checked in I asked the receptionist if there was any construction 🚧 going on at the hotel because I was at the other ascott the day before were there was construction noise and she looked at me and said no only to find out that there was construction pool side.

I really like very thing Ascott had to offer. Beautiful rooms, restaurant, barbershop, and the hospitality is just amazing. The Ascott is surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls not mentioned a pharmacy all within a short walking distance. I don’t need to go anywhere else.
