"The hotel has been a favourite since I was younger but I do think maintenance and improvements need to kick inn. I had an issue with my room, had a leak inside the bath. Told I was to be moved but no one followed up. I being an IHG member, expected a bit more. Food was good as usual. "

"The Bonifacio Ascot is right in the heart of the global city right near the high Street. The studio we had had a nice little kitchen, which gave us the option to make breakfast in the unit and have a few guests over. Bedroom and bathroom were roomy and well furnished I actually stayed there two times. The first time was quite nice, but the second was a little disappointing. "This was a hotel recommendation from a friend and so glad that we stayed here. Great location and close to the airport. Rooms were very spacious and comfy beds. The buffet was great with a good selection of items. We booked massages at the spa and they were exactly what we needed after a long flight. Staff were lovely and always willing to help. The only negative was that the property was huge and had a residence side as well. It was very easy to get lost or confused in which tower you were in. "
