"We really enjoyed our stay here with out 5 month old. In a great location close to china town. We found access to the hotel a bit odd with check in and reception on the 12th floor . Maintenance taking place on the lifts which became a little confusing to access the right floors. Didnt try breakfast but enjoyed the pool area "

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
