"I would have to give 10 out of 10 for my stay. The room was spacious. I loved that it had a settee in and two chairs so I didn't have to just sit on the bed. There were plenty of plugs. It was easy to blowdry my hair because of convenience of mirrors and plugs. The tv worked well and I was able to get YouTube. The bathroom was a good size and not awkward to use. "The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...
