"We were on a family holiday for the first time in Bangalore! This hotel is absolutely stunning and amazing, from the minute we checked in, so seamless and very efficient. Reception staff were so helpful and informative and welcoming. The staff at reception had an abundance of knowledge of the area and offered us advice on must see sights in Bangalore! Great location and only 30 mins from the airport. It's around 40 mins into Bangalore city centre. Security staff at the Entrance are so helpful and always take care of our bags and luggage without us having to even lift a finger! I would like to mention Keshav - security staff was ever so kind and helpful and very professional. The hotel is modern and trendy with a touch of class! Very spacious and elegant. Plenty of lounge spaces and decorated creatively with attention to details. Rooms are great size and has plenty of facilities. Chef Narayana and Chef Ajay Negi would go over and beyond to make our meal times extra special! Nothing was too much trouble for them. Chef Ajay Negi and Chef Narayana exceeded all our expectations and should be recognised for their fantastic culinary skills as chefs and for their absolutely delicious food and desserts and catering for the Jain Diets. Ajay Negi is an asset to Hyatt Centric Hotel, Hebbal, his service and professionalism is truly outstanding! At the Cosmo restaurant we were greeted by the kind and friendly and very professional waiter staff Tesly, Vishnu, Akriti and Zeli. Thanks "

"Provides everything you get in any of the Comfort Inn in the US plus way more friendly service and other amenities. They have a decent gym and a swimming pool. For those who drink, they have a Bar but I could not tell you about the quality since I do no drink. Breakfast is included and it has both continental and Indian fare. "

"I had many hiccups, i ll brief them one by one. Overall experience average Condition of resort not up to the mark Issues 1. Checkin took more than an hour due to their inexperience to find the booking itself (inexperienced staff) 2. Downgraded my room without my knowledge as they were not having superior room available. I got to know because superiors rooms are in different building and they alotted me room in the deluxe room building. When asked staff had no answer to it 3. Room conditions were average, untidy furniture, fused bulbs and dirty linen. 4. No complementary dinner or anything even after they downgraded and agreed to give some complementary stuff as they cannot refund the difference amount. 5. Breakfast was average and again staff was inexperienced or rude most of the time. 6. Slow Room service, had to wait 30+ mins to get water. Strongly advice not to book if planning to visit with family or friends."
