"The check in staff at the counter Arunima was excellent, I had reached the hotel in morning at 8am. When requested early check in, she was kind enough to accept the same and gave me room in 30 mts. Really appreciate this from Arunima and also Priya the staff at the morning Breakfast was so good at her job, she also gave a farewell cake for me after my breakfast as I was checking out. Highly recommend this hotel"

"The property is located in a nice locality that is the only highlight. Our bags arrived only after a follow up. The rooms are dated and we had to call the maintenance twice. The restaurants appeared to be staffed well, but lacked attention to the diners. Had to literally wave down for service. There was other issues related with inexperience or lack of attention at the front desk. "

"Coming from America, I wasn't accustomed to service with so much attention to detail. An attendant gave me a number in car anything came up, which it did, allowing me to instantly chat with the front desk when not at the hotel. Toiletries arranged each day.
