"Our stay at Leela Bhartiya City hotel was an exceptional experience. The hotel ambience was luxurious. All the staff from front desk, concierge, restaurant, security and front gate were incredibly courteous and very helpful, ensuring that we were comfortable and happy. Dipankar in concierge was helpful in arranging our trip to Mysore. Had a very pleasant visit. They also arranged a free pick up from airport one way, when departing also had a representative to help with baggage and going through security. Gift from Shuhasi introduced us to a fragrance we were not familiar with. Kumud & Nilgiri incense sticks made from flowers, scent is authentic and heavenly. Was honoured to take part and light The Leela’s traditional lamp lighting ritual. "
