The bed was comfortable yet small. As regards value for money in that location close to Victoria Station, I had no complaints. The staff are just absolutely fantastic, their warmth is contagipus. The rooms are also warm and extremely comfortable. Oof'ys restaurant, which is inside the hotel is really good and has dishes for every taste and you will not find a better restaurant for miles in any direction.
