"Excellent customer service! I arrived late at midnight but the staff was still very friendly and introduced the hotel services clearly. The public bath is amazing and a must-go item after a trip to Japan. The sea view is great as well! Donki, Lawson and Ichiran are nearby so it's convenient. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the train station which requires ~15mins walk if you have a heavy luggage, so prepare more time to walk to the station after checkout. But still would recommend...

"This location is great if you are going to the Disney parks as it has a pretty efficient and convenient free shuttle. There are a few department stores within walking distance. It is about an hour metro ride into Tokyo station so keep that in mind. The hotel itself has a more retro vibe like a 90’s Californian feel but if you stay high enough in a west facing room (we were on 14) you can see Mt. Fuji on a clear morning and the Disney fireworks at night."
