My stay was okey. Room was good but it was irritating that at night 23.00 around that time I heard a lot of noise from linens getting delivered. I was on the 8th floor and my room was right next to a service room. That was very annoying and it ruined my nights when trying to sleep! Also the walk from station at night you will be harrassed by hookers and bouncers in the night life industry

The access to the hotel is so great from both the center of Tokyo and the Tokyo International airport, but the area surrounding the facility is not very safe and one should be careful at night.

My only complaint is booking through Expedia i stated i was traveling with 2 adults and a child. On checking in we were informed thst the booking was for 2 on their side and we could have twin beds for additional payment. Otherwise nice accommodation and only a few minutes walk to Kinshito subway or JR

It’s relatively near to the train station. Front desk staff not friendly, will pretend to ignore you. Rooms are relatively big for Japanese std. however this hotel is in the shadier part of kinshicho and can get quite rowdy.
