"We stayed here at both ends of our trip. Staff was very helpful and had our luggage waiting in our room for us when we arrived. We had the 4 single beds, which worked for us. We booked it for the convenience to the train station so we could use our JR train passes. It allowed us to get 4 beds in one room. The beds are a little smaller than our traditional twin size beds. This did not have a microwave, but we knew that when booking. It was convenient to a major shopping center about 1 block away."

"I was pleasantly surprised with our stay and the ease of moving to Disneyland which the hotel offers. Service staff are excellent and this hotel suitable for both families, couples and a group of friends. F&B quality was also good and we ate at both the Int’l rest as well as the Japanese rest. Overall experience was great and the hotel is also not overly priced for both rooms & F&B. We booked two rooms and are very happy with our stay, thank you. "

"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance! A word to the wise, though: for the restaurant, "last seating" time is actually the time they start quickly and efficiently whisking away all the food, so get there early for all of the buffet's deliciousness. The staff were wonderful and managed well with my minimal Japanese-speaking ability. "

"We stayed here to visit Tokyo Disney and we really enjoyed the hotel. The resort buses take you to and from the parks and the subway station which is very convenient. Our room looked out on Space Mountain and the Disneyland Castle which was lit up at night! Breakfast was a buffet option which was fine. Overall a great hotel for Disney trips."
