"Cleaning staff had done a great job of cleaning the house. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels and soaps. Easy check in and check out process. Do not park on the street in the front. The city is very strict. "

"My fiancé and I had a great weekend at robins nest! The cottage is so cute and so clean and we felt very comfortable there! We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage and the hut tub! We did some hiking at local trails and enjoyed dinner out both nights. The cottage is quiet and peaceful. We had a very relaxing weekend. The host is very responsive and helpful. "

"I chose this property based on the "Rooms & Beds" large type in the listing, since we were bringing 4 grandchildren ages 10-16 who don't like to sleep with each other. Two days before we were to arrive, I reviewed the entire listing, and opened up the small "see more" at the bottom of the listing, only to find that the bed listing there was totally different for 2 of the 4 bedrooms. "The staff is very friendly and always makes me feel at home. The suites are spacious and attractive as well as functional with full kitchens. The gym is big enough, and kept at a cool temperature, which is much better than most hotel gyms. But this spring stay was disappointing. They had switched their HVAC system to Cooling, and it couldn't heat, even though it was quite chilly. I wasn't warned before booking, and not even when I registered at the desk.
