"This is an older property, not within walking distance of historic downtown. It is across a busy road from a school. The area doesn't seem "bad" but it isn't all that nice. The hotel is an older but well-kept property. Rooms either face the road, in which case parking is right outside your door, or face the back of the building (most of them) which has a decent view. The staff was helpful and the breakfast about average for a hotel continental breakfast. If you want reasonably price accommodations and are ok with rooms with exterior doors (no hallways) I think you'll like this. "
