Make sure you review the rules first(I did) just really odd things that aren’t normally requested like a copy of your ID, names of everyone staying AND ANYONE who may possibly set foot on the property, plus a separate contract that has to be sent in. I would be less likely to book this again over one with rules that are more common. "

"Visited for a long weekend with family. The house was as advertised and much more. The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. The kitchen had absolutely everything we could need. The bathrooms had plenty of TP, tissue boxes in each room, lots of little touches to make it feel like home. Location is close to restaurants, retail and more. Safe, comfortable neighborhood. "This is a great option for anyone looking to have a space to relax and enjoy the company they are with while in Spokane. My family was in town for a wrestling tournament my daughter was participating in (she came in third in her bracket). This space was a good option for us as it includes access to a kitchenette (sink, mini fridge, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster, and air fryer), washer/dryer, and lots of games! It was difficult to actually play pool in the "secret" room because of limited...

"Four families with kids ranging from 3 months to 16 years stayed at the house for a wrestling tournament at the Podium. Each king bedroom was large and comfy. The bunk room was massive and a family of 5 slept in there comfortably. The game room and theater were a huge hit for the kids. The beautiful kitchen with large island was a perfect gathering place for the adults while the kids played downstairs. The hosts provided extra toiletries in case yours were forgotten and welcome snacks....

"House was amazing tons of beds and enough restrooms for all our family absolutely zero complaints. House was clean and ready for our big family. Was a great way for everyone flying in for my sons wedding to have a nice place to stay plenty of cooking utensils and pans everything we needed for sure "

"We were in town for a family funeral and decided to stay with our children, spouses and granddaughter. This property was very centrally located to all our activities and we were delighted to find this property in a wonderful neighborhood! We took a couple walks and felt safe and welcome. There was a great little old school video game machine that or boys sure enjoyed exploring. All in all we had a wonderful experience and I HIGHLY recommend!! "
