"Easy access to the convention center as we were in town for WMEA. Communication was efficient and everything worked without a hitch in terms of access and the appliances in the unit. Apartment was clean and comfortable and warm - a welcome refuge from slopping through the snow and icy slush outside. Like others mentioned, there is still quite a bit of exterior noise outside on the street, even in January. But we would rent again. But also, the kitchen could use a spatula. :-)"

"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I honestly don’t. I must be honest though. The pictures are deceiving and purposefully don’t show the bathroom. The toilet is placed so close to the shower that you have to be an Olympic gymnast to take a #2. There were only 3 towels and enough sleeping room for 3 adults even though it says it sleeps 4. "This was a great place nice location if you have business down town. The convention center a short 6-8min drive. The apartment was clean, needed a few repairs but nothing serious that would effect the use of the home. Very comfortable. The queen bed is a very firm bed so if you like soft might not be for you, but over all a nice experience. Host gets back to you just not right away. She did good in answering our questions."

"Overall the apartment was great, my only two criticisms are when we arrived late at night I could not get in by the front door. Which has since been fixed. And there is nothing nearby, such as restaurants or other shopping places. The apartment is new, and in great condition, with a walking path along the river in the back. Each apartment has one dedicated parking spot. This place is very quiet and the front desk is manned for the most of the day."
