"Stayed here with our family of 5 for a work trip to Spokane. Checking in and out was very easy and uneventful and the price was great for what was provided. The house was clean and comfortable, and kids absolutely loved the air hockey table downstairs! While we didn’t use the garage this time around, knowing we have access to it could prove very useful for return visits if we want to bring some extra outdoor gear along. "This is a small house that was efficiently remodeled to handle a lot of people. It would be perfect for 3 couples...or two families with kids (because two rooms have bunk beds). It could function as an upstairs/downstairs arrangement because each floor has a bedroom, bathroom, living room and big screen TV. The kitchen is well appointed, but the dining room table is small. "Coworker and I over working at the hospital and a couple other locations. It was perfect place right in between everything from the valley to downtown. House had everything we needed. Clean and beds were great. Owner was spot on with communication. Definitely going to look for this place on our next trip over"

"We gathered to celebrate a brother's 80th birthday. Seven of us...We use to go to Logan Elementary school. It was fun to gather in our old neighborhood. There was someone from Arizona, Montana, 2 from Oregon and 3 from Washington. This was a good house to gather in. Clean, homey, comfortable."

"My family, including 84 yr old parents, had a really nice weekend in this home. There was plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Check-in was simple. And host was responsive and welcoming. Location was convenient. Great breakfast nearby too."

"Was exactly what we wanted"

The Guesthouse and The Shop are situated on a 5-acre estate. Guests have access to the entire 2400sqft guesthouse and 1500sqft shop. The Guesthouse is separate from the main house and has its own private backyard. Lots of free parking on the property.

"Our family had a great experience here. The game room/garage was epic for the kids and the house was super comfy and clean! Definitely felt more like a hotel than a vrbo. We will definitely look to stay here again"

"Amazing house and location. Great yard to sit and watch the sunset and activity on the lake. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Perfect spot for the two of us and the dogs. Kelly was great and very helpful. Hope to return!!"
