It is beautifully decorated and the beds and furnishings were like new. There is lots of natural light and a special sunporch were you can enjoy coffee with a view. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was great. The property was cleaned convenient for our 19 day stay. My only negative comment was that there was no book or instruction at the property to explain the full check-in regarding WiFi, trash disposal days, etc. however the property manager was very responsive and answered most questions within an hour or less. "Small 2 bedroom, probably best for quick trip in and out of Spokane or a spot if you are in town for contract work. The location was conveniently located and the street was quite. Parking is a bit cramped but it does exist. The steps can be tricky to navigate with luggage and the ceilings are quite low. Over all everything worked in the apartment and I felt comfortable."

"This well kept home in this charming and historic part of Spokane was more than expected. The pictures don't do it justice. It is much larger than it seems. We had 3 adults, 4 teenage boys (13-14) and a pup, in town for our grandsons state basketball championship. The interior is modern and has all the features you need. The kids loved the vintage Nintendo and it brought back memories for my husband and I. Close to the games we were attending. Would love to stay here in the spring or...

"Plenty of off street parking. The kitchen was well furnished. Adequate seating in living room for five adults. Quiet neighborhood. Close by Audubon park. "

"We had to cut our visit short due to a plumbing issue that was going to take some time to resolve. Our host Lisa was very gracious and accommodating. It’s a cute little older house with good heating and a nicely remodeled walk in shower. Budget travelers like us will be happy. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed this home. Kitchen very well stocked which we loved because we cook for ourselves. Coffee station was over the top! Instapot, soup pots, hot pot, lots of silverware, nice dishwasher and stove/oven, lots of counterspace to create a serving bar for meals. Extra folding chairs, barstools, accommodated us all. Beds were all really comfortable, and the movie room is AMAZING! "
