"The place is acceptable but lack of experience to response to extreme weather. The parking lot entry wasn't well shoveled. The staff there helped shovel the snow with minimal tool."

"The staff are always super friendly and helpful. The hotel and the restaurant were amazing. We love going to see the birds in the atrium, the pool and hot tub. Easy parking. I highly recommend! "

"Snowmobile trip. Nice clean place. Had breakfast twice, very good. Nice staff. The fridge in the room is too small. We would have liked to have hooks on the walls to hang clothes since wardrobe is too small. In all, we had a good stay. "
