"Heard they had renovated king-sized rooms. We did not get one of those. The location and price were excellent, and breakfast for me wonderful. I would give higher ratings, but on the morning we checked out a German cockroach was on the TV stand. I trapped it in a cup, told the staff and got an 'oh, we're sorry' response along with we'll call the pest people. We had to shake out all our belongings to make sure we did not bring one home."

We were able to walk everywhere we needed to, check in was easy, the room itself was clean and spacious, love that they provided a heater because I get cold so easily, and the bathrooms were roomy and clean. "This was a great stay. From the valet staff to the front desk to the bartenders and to the cleanliness and fresh smell upon entering room attesting to professionalism of the housekeeping staff, we were very impressed with all the people working at the hotel. It’s a great location off 27, easy walking to the aquarium and in good weather not a bad walk to the Choo Choo. Price not bad for what we felt was a very luxurious property. We would recommend staying here for any visitor to Chattanooga. "
