"My husband myself, and two other couples that are good freinds rented this cozy, beautiful, clean, well located home for my birthday last weekend. There was a venue near by in nashville we all attended for my birthday! The home.was just perfect for us all very cozy, and clean. We were all very pleased.."

"Great place. Great hosts. Great time! Hosts weee very responsive as the house is beautiful. It is close to downtown and wildlife is everywhere. "

"Overall, the stay was great! The host made sure we had everything that we needed. The host did greet us upon arrival and stay’s in the back yard in a little hut that you can see from the back bedroom window. It felt a little strange at first but he was nice and let us know he was around if we needed anything.It would have also been better to have the pet fee in the overall price when we paid originally instead of having to pay 200 the week of our vacation. We did not realize it was not already...

"This property was very good for a family get-together, close to attractions but in a quiet neighborhood near a playground, with ample free parking. New townhouse in excellent condition. Very nice closets. Not for people who can’t handle stairs, as bedrooms are on second and third floors. Kitchen is well equipped, though appliances are a bit dated."

"A perfect place for a quiet getaway with the family. Conveniently located close to town and big city locations of Nashville and Clarksville, yet remote enough for quiet relaxation. Wide open area for grandchildren to run and play. The house itself is very nice, clean, well maintained, and the host is wonderful to work with. Will definitely stay again and high recommend."

"Sally was an amazing host, and the property was immaculate! This property was secluded, but not too far from a small town with everything you need. We stayed here for a Nashville girls trip. It was an easy 30 minute drive to Nashville. Sally was helpful and very thorough. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. Definitely recommend!"

"2nd time in this house and it’s perfect for our needs. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Less than 10 minutes from the recording studio we use, Clarksville Creative Sound.Full kitchen is a great plus so we don’t have to go out to eat every meal. Beats a hotel every day."

"This is a great property in a great location. Especially if you need room for a large group. But, It could be maintained better. We found wet dishes in the cabinets and dirty pans in the oven. Someone also left a plastic tray full of crumbs in a kitchen drawer. All of these things should have been handled by the cleaning crew before we got there. "

"This property is highly recommended. Getting around town was easy with uber/lyft.This large property works great for large groups, we had a wonderful time. The only issue we found was lack of pans for cooking."

"We entertained local folks and comfortably had close to twenty folks hanging out at one time. Our dog is a Cattle Shepherd and had quite the time around the property. One suggestion for management - they need a pizza wheel. We would go back. "

"We had a lovely time, the farm house is exactly what we were looking to capture. Sweet touches with local Tennessee sweet treats, fresh flowers and country eggs. What more can you ask, they welcomed our Puppy Loretta Lynn and she was very happy as well. "
