"The house and property are stunning and comfortable! We were looking for an outdoor Tennessee experience with all of the comforts and found it! My husband and I traveled with our 3 year old and my 75 year old parents. Everyone had fun walking down to the river, saying hello to the cows and watching the wildlife from the house. The birding was a highlight, including bluebirds, cardinals, woodpeckers, hawks, and more. We enjoyed paddling around the “islands” including 10 minutes to the 49 bridge...

"We loved everything about the cabin - charming, quaint, very cute and will visit again. With 3 bedrooms, it would be helpful to have enough seating in the living room for 6 adults. 2 loveseats didn't cut it for relaxing in the morning or evening. Also, the gravel next to the concrete ramp has probably washed out. Definitely a big drop off and could use more gravel. We'll definitely be back - hopefully we can enjoy the deck and porch more. Love the decor and cabin is fabulous build/design."
