However, the dogs barked at us on arrival, and barked in the middle of the night when Mistie was out of town. They were quiet at night while she was there and we rarely got to be on the deck without being barked at . "We were in Clarksville for a mission and needed a convenient place to stay. The villa worked well for our needs since we were just grabbing a few hours of sleep and showers. The furniture and beds need upgraded, very cheap. The villa needs overall deep cleaning, mold evident on walls and shower. Also a coffee pot would be nice, we left one that we had purchased so hopefully they dont throw it away. Overall a nice stay and very convenient to downtown Clarksville."

"At first had trouble getting into the house. Within 2 rings the homeowner answered the phone and apologized about the trouble. Seriously couldn’t have been easier to get ahold of them! Very nice neighborhood and very clean. Only complaint was that the shower rod kept falling down on us when getting in/out of shower"

"This property was perfect for two couples. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms gave us extra privacy. Spacious house with two sitting rooms and the kitchen was great. LOVED the veranda - we sat outside every morning with our coffee. BBQ and fire pit was great to have as well. This is only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Only down side is the traffic noise - busy highway so it isn't really quiet. Would definitely recommend."
