"This condo was very nice, clean and cozy. The neighbor was super sweet and we had zero problems. Although the smell as we walked in was like an animal may have died in the walls, it dissipated quickly. I would definitely stay again, this location was just a few minutes from every location we wanted to go to, very convenient and easy to get to/from."

"This Townhouse was amazing! Exactly what we had hoped for. Perfect location- everywhere we wanted to go was within 10 min drive. Host was amazing and answered questions I had within minutes and even checked on us while we were there to see if we needed anything or if there was anything they could do for us. "The Cozy Oasis of Clarksville was a clean respite for me. The code I was initially given to enter did not work, however, the host, Richard, was quick to respond and assist me. "Extremely clean property close to Hwy24 at exit 11 Clarksville. Only 40 minutes from Nashville. Property was great for our family of four. Kitchen and baths were well stocked for stay. The only observation is theres not much insulation in the complex for sound as it relates to neighbors. Great property and met all of our needs for our trip."

"Location was great for what we needed for proximity. Yet kind of a sketchy neighborhood. The mouldings, cobwebs, and stains were unacceptable. Hadn't been cleaned in a long time The coffee pot was covered in long white cat hair and the closet it came out of has many types of hair in it. The bed was super comfortable. Just clean it and caulk up the mouldings. Way overpriced for the condition it was in."

"This property was perfect for two couples. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms gave us extra privacy. Spacious house with two sitting rooms and the kitchen was great. LOVED the veranda - we sat outside every morning with our coffee. BBQ and fire pit was great to have as well. This is only a 20 minute drive to downtown. Only down side is the traffic noise - busy highway so it isn't really quiet. Would definitely recommend."
