"The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is lovely. The hotel Itself is quiet, surprising for its size, but the heating unit in the room was incredibly noisy. Woke us up repeatedly throughout the night. "

"In the room the vinyl floors are old and warped all over the place. The bed seemed comfortable to me. The bathroom seemed pretty clean despite the old water-stained tub, and a questionable ventilation system that does not seem effective at evacuating odours. The walls are not very soundproof as we could hear people talking in the neighbouring rooms. Underground parking at the hotel =25$/day. Good food at the revolving restaurant on the top floor of the building. "

"Hotel Clarendon has become my new favorite hotel to stay at in old Quebec city. My room was gorgeous and very clean! The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back!"

"Renovations outside the place as they are to add a terrace or a bar. This takes available parking spaces. Other than that, the employees at the counter are terrific. Attached restaurant is more than good. Location of the hotel is great. This is an old place, if you expect modern style, you're at the wrong address. Knowing that, you wont be offended by hearing people in and out their room or in the corridor. Very, very nice place to stay."

"Le système d’air dans la chambre 403 était très fort. L’air arrivait directement sur le lit. Pas moyen de l’ajuster ni l’éteindre. Appel à la réception, elle me dit qu’elle envoi un technicien à l’instant et personne n’est venu. D’autres personnes avant nous avaient aussi installées des serviettes pour réduire. Mal dormi et mal à la gorges le lendemain. En quittant, je le mentionne à la réception, mais aucune compassion!"
