"My shower had no seat or grab rails to hang on to when washing feet etc. Easy to slip for seniors like me. Also very difficult to turn on shower without getting sprayed with hot or cold water due to sliding glass panel next to shower control locked/immobile. However staff very understanding/helpful and worked to resolve the shower issue, All in all a very pleasant stay. "

One notable thing that may be of interest is there are no microwave or fridge in the rooms, for extended stays I would think that these may be desirable. Parking was a challenge on two nights, I had to drive around several times to find a place to park in the grass "

"an unusual sharing of a high rise with 2 hotels and a public entrance way. Front desk employee gave excellent service. the breakfast was below what i usually see in Hamptons. ran out of coffee, limited selections. very quiet until middle of night fight between 2 females in hallway. great location for touring the historic spots in downtown Richmond. Beds and room amenties very nice. "
