"Everything was very clean. The beds were very comfortable & the breakfast was good. There was an issue on arrival that was corrected by Don, the evening representative. He told me to check with the manager the next day to verify I wasn't charged twice. He was very nice & took just a few minutes to correct the issue & was very apologetic for the mix up. "Great customer service. The hotel was clean and in a very nice location. I would only suggest that you allow points for stays even when booked through a third party. Although I like the property, I won’t stay again because I sometimes book through a third party and I don’t get the credit for the stay. I will choose another hotel chain that will award points for the stay regardless of who reservation was booked through."
