"an unusual sharing of a high rise with 2 hotels and a public entrance way. Front desk employee gave excellent service. the breakfast was below what i usually see in Hamptons. ran out of coffee, limited selections. very quiet until middle of night fight between 2 females in hallway. great location for touring the historic spots in downtown Richmond. Beds and room amenties very nice. "

"A good stay! The breakfast (included) is particularly excellent (in a really nice space). The room was comfortable, temperature easy to adjust. Minuses: they did state there would be housekeeping on the 3rd day of a longer stay, but no housekeeping was provided. Only one burner on the kitchenette stove worked, and there was nothing to use to wash dishes (a sponge or brush or something). Otherwise very comfortable and convenient, with a great location. "The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was subpar. Looked like an airplane meal just popped out of a microwave. Parking was very expensive. Lack of an employee at the desk to direct out of town guests to sights in the area or restaurants. Rooms not cleaned daily. Area around the hotel was questionable."
