"Nice hotel and good location. No on-site parking but valet parking is available by paying a fee. Loved the breakfast! My room had a terrible noise (like running water) coming from the room next door. Even when I reported this and someone went to verify it, no additional actions were taken. "

"Solid hotel, no issues at all. Staff was great in our interactions. Hotel was clean, parking in the garage was easy. We were staying to see a concert at the National and that was a 5 minute walk up the street. Area seemed relatively safe, lot of food options around. Easy access to 95. Bed wasn’t the comfiest. Definitely would recommend. "

"Nice room, but there was no refrigerator. I have medicine that needs to be kept cold. Had to continually refresh ice to keep it in."

"We stayed here for a night away and to see a concert at the national. The hotel was very nice upon walking in- there was convenient parking right across the street if you don’t want to pay for valet (~$20/day). The staff were great as well as the bar on site. Our room was very quiet. Almost too quiet, so if you sleep with noise in the background, bring your own sound machine. Overall our stay was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again! "

"It is a charming place, clean, quiet with an added bonus of a beautiful garden. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay, I wish we could stay longer. I would suggest putting a chair in the room and changing parking description, it was misleading. But these are minor, didn't take away anything from the stay. When we are in Richmond again we will definitely stay in Linden Row."
