"The place was very clean and well kept, but we felt like we had the entire Inn to ourselves. We heard coughing from another room, but it felt very empty. We saw a staff member only in the morning and they were great! Very friendly, very helpful and took us on a tour of the tunnels and told us the history of it all. "I always stay at the Fireside when l visit family..My only complaint was with my room. I was unable to turn on the bath faucet and used the tub faucet for water. Because this is only an overnight l made do. I will mention it at checkout. Otherwise my stay is always pleasant. I would like to mention that l had a super bad experience with an extremely rude manager/owner of the W. Leb.Best Western. Will never use.a B.W. again. Sticking with The Fireside...."
