Very pretty old inn, great location. The rooms are large but quite basic. They just installed heat pumps which is good, because my room was about 45F when I checked in. They seemed a bit understaffed- I saw two people my entire stay, but they were pleasant. The breakfast was very average- cold food, toaster, coffee. For some reason they kept the jam in the refrigerator so it was a little jam brick. Overall it was a decent stay in a good location.

Nothing but great things to say about this Inn and the owner. The whole experience was perfect for our ski group, very cool vibes as you walk around the lobby floor hanging out in all the different areas. The rooms are warm, very comfortable and clean. Not a thing was missing, coffee available at all times, well stocked breakfast choices, etc. My highlight was the historical, well-appointed bar where we l had a very enjoyable conversation about anything and everything including the owner's expectations of all the fine details to perfect this Inn. Highly recommended!!! I will be going back.

The Brandon Inn was full of charm. A beautiful old hotel. The couple running the property are doing a great job restoring the hotel to its former splendor, a very big job! The room was spacious with new heating/AC and a very nice bath. Breakfast was self service with a very good selection, though cold. In all fairness, we were visiting mid week and there were not many guests. The price was very reasonable. I'll go back when skiing in the area.

I loved the quaintness of this inn. I felt safe in my beautiful room. Most notably, Brandon is the perfect spot for an exploration of Vermont. You’re within driving distance of Burlington, Woodstock, Stowe, and Middlebury. I loved my stay, and will definitely be back!!
